How a repair works here
Four steps, and you decide at the third one.
1. Tell us the symptom
Call, WhatsApp or send the form. Useful details: the exact model from the sticker underneath, when the problem started and whether there are files you cannot lose.
2. Diagnosis
Usually within 24 hours. Board-level work takes 2–5 days because it means measurements and work under a microscope.
3. Your decision
We give you the cost, the realistic time and — where the outcome is uncertain — an honest assessment of the odds. Nothing happens until you say yes.
4. Repair and testing
We test under load, not just until the machine boots. A device that starts does not always survive an hour of real work.

Do you speak English at PCSmart?
Yes. The whole process runs in English — describing the fault, the estimate, questions during the repair and the handover. You can write in English through the form, WhatsApp or e-mail.

How much does a diagnosis cost?
120 PLN, and it is free if you decide to go ahead with the repair. Detailed mainboard diagnosis is from 99 PLN and takes 2–5 days because it requires measurements and microscope work.
Will you tell me if the repair is not worth it?
Yes, and we say so plainly. On older machines the repair cost sometimes exceeds what the device is worth. We would rather lose the job than take your money for something that makes no sense.
Can I pay by card and get an invoice?
Yes. We issue invoices as standard for companies and on request for private customers — just give us the details when you drop the device off.
