Estimate before work
You get the cost and the time before we open anything or order a part. If the scope turns out to be different once we are inside, we call you again.
Diagnosis free with a repair
120 PLN on its own, 0 PLN when you approve the repair. Detailed mainboard diagnosis from 99 PLN is billed separately — it is several days of measurement work.
Warranty in writing
3 to 12 months depending on the service: 6 months on screens and charging sockets, 3–6 months on board repairs, 3 months on a Windows installation.

Pricing questions
How we quote and what is included.
Why is the diagnosis charged if I do not proceed?
Because it is real work — connecting the device, running tests and finding the cause takes time whether or not a repair follows. If you approve the repair, the 120 PLN is not charged at all.
Are the prices final?
The labour figures are. Parts are quoted separately once we know the exact model, because one screen size or one socket type can have several different versions at very different prices.
Do you charge extra for urgent jobs?
We do not have a separate rush rate. What we do have is an honest answer about what can realistically be finished the same day — a part swap or a Windows install, yes; board-level electronics, no.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, 3 to 12 months depending on the service, printed on the handover document. If the same fault comes back within that period we fix it at no extra cost.
