Symptoms and what they usually mean
The symptom narrows things down a lot. Here is how we read the most common ones.

Before you bring the laptop in
Three minutes of preparation saves a day of back-and-forth.
Find the exact model
The sticker underneath, or run msinfo32 in Windows and read "System model". A brand name alone is not enough — one screen size can have several different panels.
Tell us about important files
Say so at the start, not after the repair. It changes the order in which we approach the device and can be the difference between recovering your data and losing it.
Bring the charger
Especially if the fault involves charging. We need to test with the charger you actually use.
Back up if the laptop still runs
If it boots at all, copy what matters to an external drive first. We are careful, but no repair is risk-free.
Diagnosis costs 120 PLN and is free if you go ahead with the repair. Detailed mainboard diagnosis starts at 99 PLN and takes 2–5 days. We always quote before starting work and never order parts without your approval. Full price list: pricing page.

How much does laptop screen replacement cost?
Labour is 200–300 PLN plus the panel, and the panel price depends on the exact model — one screen size often has several different versions. Send us the model from the sticker underneath and we will quote the full amount.
My laptop gets very hot and loud. What is that?
Almost always a blocked heatsink and dried thermal paste. A full cooling service costs from 199 PLN, or from 249 PLN for gaming laptops which have two chips and many thermal pad points. It takes 1–2 days.
Do you repair laptop motherboards?
Yes, including microsoldering and BGA work. It starts with a detailed diagnosis from 99 PLN, which takes 2–5 days. Advanced board repair is from 349 PLN with a 3–6 month warranty.
Can you recover my files if the laptop is dead?
Often yes, even when the laptop itself is beyond economical repair. Tell us about the files when you first contact us.
