What we do not do
Being clear about this saves everyone a wasted trip.
Printer repair
We do not service printers. For a printer fault you will need a different workshop.
Phone data recovery
We recover data from computer drives, not from phones.
Structured cabling installation
We do not install network cabling in buildings. We do configure the network on machines we look after.
Bypassing account locks
We do not remove account-linked or anti-theft locks. We can reset a forgotten Windows password on a device that is yours.
Questions about our services
What people usually want to know before booking a service.
Do you repair Apple MacBooks?
Yes, including board-level work. Bear in mind that storage is soldered to the board in most modern MacBooks, so recovering data from a dead machine means repairing the board first.
Is the diagnosis really free?
It is free when you approve the repair. If you decide against it, the 120 PLN diagnosis fee applies. Detailed mainboard diagnosis from 99 PLN is billed separately because it takes several days of work.
How long does a typical repair take?
Cleaning and part swaps usually 1–2 days. Board-level electronics 1–14 days depending on the scope and parts availability. We give you a realistic date together with the estimate.
Can you come to my home or office?
Yes, across Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot by appointment. Some jobs can be finished on site; others need the device in the workshop, and we tell you which after the initial assessment.
